Integrated Cocoa Processing, Agribusiness, and Logistics
Favour 01 Limited is a wholly Ghanaian-owned agro-industrial company established in 2019 to drive sustainable value addition within Ghana's cocoa sector.
The company is strategically headquartered in Ayikuma, Greater Accra Region, benefiting from proximity to fertile agricultural land, reliable infrastructure, and direct access to Tema Port. Favour 01 Limited operates an integrated business model covering cocoa farming, sourcing, processing, and commodity logistics, positioning the company as a long-term industrial participant in Ghana's cocoa value chain.

Favour 01 Limited is developing capacity to process premium Ghanaian cocoa beans into high-quality semi-finished products for domestic and international markets. These products include cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, cocoa cake, and cocoa powder.
A purpose-built steel warehouse is already operational at the Ayikuma site, with plans to install a 32,000-metric-tonne cocoa processing plant to support large-scale industrial output.

To secure a consistent and traceable supply of raw materials, the company currently cultivates 1,500 hectares of cocoa farmland. Favour 01 Limited has a structured expansion plan to increase its land bank to 5,000 hectares by 2030 across cocoa-producing regions in Ghana, ensuring long-term supply security for processing operations.

The company operates a logistics division with a fleet of 27 heavy-duty trucks. It provides nationwide haulage services for cocoa, cashew, maize, and other cash crops, transporting produce from third-party warehouses and farms. During peak seasons, additional vehicles are engaged to meet demand and maintain service reliability.
Favour 01 Limited's cocoa processing operations are structured to operate under the Ghana Free Zones Authority, enabling a projected ten-year exemption from import duties. This regulatory advantage allows the company to competitively invest in advanced processing technology and industrial infrastructure.
The promoters are committed to Ghana's industrialization agenda through local value addition—transitioning cocoa from raw bean exports to globally competitive semi-finished products.
To become a leading force in Africa's sustainable cocoa industrialization, recognized globally for excellence in processing, responsible trade, and transformative impact on farmers, employees, and communities across Ghana.
To sustainably transform Ghana's premium cocoa beans into high-quality semi-finished products through innovative processing, responsible sourcing, and inclusive partnerships—enhancing local value addition and delivering traceable, climate-smart cocoa solutions to global markets.
To process at least 26,280 metric tonnes of cocoa beans annually into cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, and cocoa powder within five years, significantly reducing Ghana's reliance on raw cocoa exports.
The company aims to fully transition its operations under Ghana's 24-Hour Economy Plan by 2027, enabling continuous production cycles, increased employment, and higher industrial output.
